Service from you all was top notch!

Didn’t like. That the fireplace was out and the attendant told me it’s been out for years and they won’t fix. What I really hate is for the second time renting a suite at lca after 10 min they come and start harassing you to leave. 18 people packing up food saying good bye and they want to go home. It’s rude. I never have anyone riding me out of any other venue. We had guys coming to push us out after queen years ago.

A great success. Our guests had a very good time and the cost was definitely worth it.

Most - communication was excellent. We had issues with tickets but the Team kept in touch and made the problem less stressful. The suite itself was great Least - the lack of urgency by the suite holder or the AAC on the tickets.

The view and ease of everything being in one room. Wasn't a fan of the food.

Our experience in the Bungalow Suites was outstanding! We weren't aware that we would have access to the Lexus or Citi suites with our ticket. Our suite host recommended we watch the players run onto the court from the Lexus suite which was so much fun to watch. My clients loved the event, the ability to go to our room at any time and back up to our amazing seats. The suite support and their customer service was stellar and I'll definitely be hosting another event in the Bungalow suites!

The suite space, location and watching experience was ideal and allowed for my friends and I to socialize and have the best time without missing a minute of the action. The service and food however left something to be desired especially as I'd worked to communicate i advance with the team to create a special birthday selection. The booking team did not accurately share options, the food wasn't laid out in a way that spoke to how expensive it was and the external food (Wetzels) we requested arrived late and not fresh.

Things were good until I was charged for $300 for a desert cart for some 7 year olds birthday in the suite next to me. The staff couldn’t figure it out and decided we would split the bill. Still don’t have an explanation for that. That made it a bad experience and no one has a Responded to me about any resolution to it whatsoever.

Comfy seats with an excellent view. The tickets were a bit pricey considering the food quality (cold beef, chewy shrimp), but I appreciated the VIP parking and friendly staff once inside.

Seg staff was helpful and responsive. Kept me well informed throughout the process and answered questions very promptly. We had Rob as our attendant at the Xfinity mobile arena and he was great. Attentive helpful and responsive. A great time for me and my guests.

Space was great and the ease of retrieving the tickets an ordering food were seamless.

SEG was responsive to every email, timely, cheerful, and answered all my questions. They were available 24/7 and worked well as a team

We rented a suite for a Pistons game for our daughters basketball teammates and it was such a great experience! The suite was roomy and comfortable and the view of the court was amazing. The kids had an absolute blast. The staff made everything super easy and were really helpful throughout. Great food, great atmosphere. Highly recommend for any group outing!

Absolutely loved the special experience as recognition for our employees. Having the food package included made it easier for me, coordinator :) Ticket transfer was easy; however, only feedback would be to have an easy way to get folks the tickets that can't access the app. I think will call was mentioned for those folks - it'd be nice to have an option to print for them. Otherwise fantastic experience and prompt replies to my questions. Definitely will do more of these!

Easy to book and great service

Suite Experience was EXCELLENT VENUE was terrible, the employees that were at the ticket entrance were RUDE and unprofessional and RACIST. Four of our guests had to wait an hour to get from the first floor to the 200 suites after they checked in. They were told employees first then wanted to just walk up the next floor and were told no and made them return down the stairs. Don't know what kind of place they run there but we will be spending our hard-earned money elsewhere.

Suite was great and the attendant was very good. The quality of the food was good. However, some of it never made it and some of it was very late. Some of it made it with 4 or 5 minutes left in the game. Probably half of the food wasn't eaten just because of the timing of when it got there. My only complaint on the quality of the food were the buns. They were hard and cold.

The all inclusive pricing and additionl add ons

Our suite host, Marlin, was beyond awesome!! He took amazing care of us (give the man a raise!) Two things that you could improve on. The food was tepid at best, and we were there right at 5pm. And you need an option for ordering a meal package for less people. We had 14 in our suite and tossed 3/4 of the food because there was way too much. Yes, we could have ordered al-la-carte but thought having tastes of what was in the food package was the best. Other than those two comments, we had a family experience of a lifetime!

The suite was great and good location, staff was helpful and friendly Some of the food was NOT Edible! The Quesadilla's were hard as a ROCK and Overcooked before 7pm and no one ate them... Cheese platter was not good at least the chicken tenders and eggrolls were edible but defintetly not worth $2000.00!

Suite at field level was amazing and a great experience for guests. Everyone I spoke with ate SEG was extremely helpful and responsive, making it easy.

The Suite as I expected. Very Impressive and left a lasting impression on everyone who attended. My husband was very happy to celebrate his 83rd birthday with family and friends while enjoying one of his pass time sports. Additionally, it was accessible and easy for him to get in and out.

The whole package was great. The seats were not in as good a viewing location as previous trips. Overly inattentive waitress however.

SEG customer service was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing I can think of that they didn't tell me is that the Suites open 90 minutes before the game. I thought they were open 2 hours before the first pitch.

This was a birthday party for my wife. She had a Fantastic time! The suite was well appointed, the food and drink service, top notch. I can not say enough about them. Food services (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) learned of the birthday and worked to find a cake for her, then presented it for the 7th inning stretch. Our hostess, Julia, worked to get some Jays swag as a gift for the birthday girl. All of this was done by them, no requests, that I know of, were made for such. I know there are some that would think that such is just the type of thing to be expected. I do not. From the greeting at the suite entrance desk to the end of the game, we had a fun and, VERY, memorable experience. Will recommend in the future and will make a repeat visit next season.

Great service and communication and the experience was excellent!

The customer care team that followed up with me after I purchased the tickets through the event were amazing! Super prompt, and responsive to requests and questions. Things were such a breeze and I felt totally supported in hosting this little event for a family birthday. The only thing that didn’t go quite right was the sports venue forgot to remove the bolted seat to accommodate a guest with a disability but we made it work. The SEG group wouldn’t have been able to control this as I do know they facilitated confirming this accommodation could be made, and did made the request to the venue. Other than that, the whole experience was flawless, a super fun time and I’m very grateful I found SEG to have this Suite experience!

The suite was great and my conversations and dealings with the owner of the suite, Andrew Levy, were a pleasure. My only suggestion is that you have better coordination between your company and the suite owner relative to booking a former MLB to be present at future games That is the only area where I thought your company could have done a better job. I was looking for a suite for the G-Dragon concert at Crypto and found Suite Experience Group. Hands down the best decision I could’ve made. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Let me start off by saying, there was nothing I did not like with my experience. Everything went flawlessly! Kristina, Emma, and Hannah were true professional's throughout the entire process and they dotted every "I" and "T".

The service was amazing and overall, we had a great time.

Very disappointed in this suite. It was a partial view suite but was not mentioned during booking. I've booked suites through SEG multiple times and this is the first time this sort of thing happened.

The food was mediocre at best. The hot dishes had been sitting for a while before we arrived. The fries were cold and greasy, and the garlic knots were dry and inedible. For the price we paid, the food was very disappointing, even for bar food.

The team was very responsive and was able to answer questions in a timely fashion. I wish they had told me that the suite would have other ticketholders coming in. I was under the impression that the suite would be of sole use for me, we had a couple people come in with valid tickets since they held tickets for the suite

Positive: The experience was great and the team was responsive to all of my requests. Very strong customer service. The bad: The fact that all ordering and authorizations are done via a manual process that requires and individual to print the documents, complete, scan and email back is really frustrating. Creating a portal that allows for ordering / payment to be done electronically is needed.

Liked venue and suite. Least liked that the personnel kick you out of the suite within 30 minutes (approximately) so you can’t wait out the traffic and finish the items that you purchased and cannot take with you (alcohol)

Everything was FANTASTIC ! The suite was set up very nice, and the food was great. What really made our experience OUTSTANDING was the service provided by Steve Casper. Steve went “above and beyond” to make this a FIRST CLASS experience. His wonderful attitude and attention to detail made a difference. The whole experience was top notch. Kristina who helped me with all my questions leading up to the event was extremely helpful and was quick to get back to me. JoJo, our Suite Hostess on the day was the best hostess I have ever had. She catered to every one of my guests to make sure they had everything they needed. She was always one step ahead of me. The other staff we encountered in and around the suites were polite and courteous. We have booked suites before in the past and one of those times we did not have a great hostess which can really affect the experience. This time I have to say the experience was exceptional.

The suite was beautiful! Loved having a private restroom. It was great that everyone could socialize and move around. Our family loved it!!

What I like the most about SEG is they go beyond just selling you a suite. They are committed to ensure your needs are met. This included coordinating with the owner for tickets, SROs, parking, food, and package deliveries. Their response time to all of our requests was phenomenal.

I liked the VIP parking and easy walk to the elevator and suites. This was perfect for my dad who couldn’t walk far due to his lung transplant. The bathrooms were clean and not busy. There was even a dessert cart. I wasn’t able to tune in the tv from the app on my phone and I was lazy to ask for assistance. We just enjoyed the wonderful ambiance and the game. Thanks so much!! Hannnah and Kristina were helpful answering all of our questions. Hannah was so responsive even on the weekend when we had questions.

Customer service - Emma is an all star. When we had to relist the suite for resale, she was extremely responsive and help guide me through the process. No matter what day or time I called, Emma was there and whatever decision we can to for the listing was applied immediately. I was very please with the level of service she delivered.

Having the SEG send tickets electronically worked very well and was able to transfer quite easily. It was great having access to the Bell Centre in advance of the event, which worked out very well.

The suite was a great environment for board level employees to mingle.

Ok, the suite was in a perfect location. The food and drink for the suite is totally not explained at all and misleading. We had no drinks and food in our suite, we had to leave and go to the club . Our communication did not make this clear at all.

The entire experience was great. Kristina was wonderful to work with and so helpful. The ticket transfer process was easy, and the instructions to get into the stadium were seamless. We were blown away by the suites and look forward to working together again to secure these seats. We have no complaints!

It was a great experience. The view was great. The privacy it allowed was great since we had some young kids with us. The food was excellent!!

I love the quick response and the support from the organization. I also love the professional and the loge experience. The thing that I like the least is that concerning the fruit platter was not super fresh and the other platter was supposed to be different kind of bites, but we only get one kind. Maybe it was a misunderstanding from my end. But it was a very very small matter compared to what my family and I we experienced, it was an amazing experience to be in the loge and the person who served us was very professional and great service.

The suite was perfect for our company Christmas party. The booking process was easy and getting tickets was through Seat Geek, so if you have used it before it's easy to navigate.

What we appreciated most: - Ease of planning - Zero issues with tickets, venue, service, invoicing, billing, payment - Suite was ready and prepped when we arrived - Staff on site and through support very responsive and helpful What would we improve: - When we got the tickets, distributing them was time consuming. This is an add service we would pay for. - If we understood how to put our corporate logo in the space, maybe we would have paid for a "brand placement" package where we give SE our logo and get some table tent cards etc so we could have a prepackaged brand presence Other than that - amazing!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy a game while engaging in meaningful conversations with clients. I highly recommend it for an exceptional experience. Lauren was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to make our day truly special.

We had a great times with friends and Eagles fans. Suite had a great view of the game and opening the windows allowed us to be part of the crowd.

The best part was the service provided by our waitress. The seats were comfortable and great view of the court. What I liked the least was the communication with the host assigned to me.

We loved the decoration of the suite, the view, and the suite team was amazing!

Suite was clean and ready to go upon arrival. The beers were buried in the ice, so we had to dig those out but they were very cold! Food was exceptional from the shrimp cocktail to the sliders to the Oreo dip. Suite attendants were attentive and great to work with.

The suite was a nice experience. It was really nice and our attendant was available at all times. The food however was hard to keep warm under the heating lamps that were being used. The whole Intuit Dome app was also a nightmare unfortunately.

Great seats, food, and venue, and the Warriors won! What I liked the least was the timing of the tickets. I only received them about 7 days before the event. I don't understand if I pay months ahead why I have to wait so long for the tickets.

The staff and team day of was EXCELLENT. Our host, unfortunately, didn't place our order correctly! We were missing 70% of what we ordered. Very embarrassing when you are entertaining clients. Luckily, the staff there rallied and made things work- but some of the items we planned to have was not available. We would like to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Very easy process!

The suite and experience was fantastic. We are very happy. The only issue I had was with before. I felt like SEG could have done a better job with communicating on how everything would work. For example, we went back and forth on food on several emails. I was concerned that we missed something along the way. It would have been nice if SEG was well informed on how the process would work. Also, we had an in suite person the whole night which was amazing...but I had no idea he would be there and didn't have cash for a tip. Regardless, great experience and I would use you again. I think this is my second time using you.

I loved the experience. The SEG folks helped me line up parking which I didn't even know I needed. I was late getting in my credit card for food. No problem, the SEG group got it handled. Sometimes it was different getting a response to questions. The service at the suite was excellent. Some menus items were not as advertised. Overall food was good.

The reserving of the suite was very easy. The communication from the SEG team was very helpful and helped me to know what to expect. The suite itself was great for watching the game and visiting with guests. Our suite attendant was great - very attentive. Liked least would probably just be not having an option to easily bring some food to-go. I actually meant to bring a few baggies or plastic containers for guests, but forgot on the day.

We enjoyed the private space and great view. The food was very expensive for the quality that was provided and felt very limited in options with the variety of food. It did not feel okay that we had to order a minimum quantity of 12 in order to get different options.

I really enjoyed the proximity to our friends, and I used it as a business reward for some people that I work with and also family members. We had grandkids and kids and the food was great. The overall experience was just awesome.

The location of the suite was perfect. The amount of room within the suite, the TV’s and the comfort of the seats as well as the view from the seats was awesome. The private in suite restroom is always appreciated. The server/attendant for the suite was just ok. The food items ordered were good not great. I was hoping the suite would have a little more air flow/air conditioning as it was a hot and muggy day. When we left the suite door open a little more cool air did seem to flow.

EVERY aspect of our suite experience was marvelous. It started with our Suite Attendant- Steve Casper. Steve did a fantastic job of tending to our every need. He was wonderful. We had five (5) kids ages 3-12 and he really made them feel welcomed and comfortable. The suite was very clean and the food was great!

Overall we enjoyed it, though the price is a bit steep when adding on guests for no added benefit (+1 parking pass or something / anything?) The seating was sufficient and cleanliness was great. Being all first time suite guests, I do wish the Host would have explained a few things we didnt notice until we were leaving like the phone to request service and additional remotes to control other equipment that we werent aware we could use. We just waited on the Host to return to ask for additional items which was a tad slow along with delivery of the add-on drinks. Otherwise it was a fun experience.

Most-decor, comfortable seating inside and out, private bathroom and server, food and drinks, surprise visit from Mike Bordick, air conditioning, big screen TV, kitchen amenities, fireworks. Least-nothing! It was fantastic. The only thing that would’ve made it even better is a filtered drinking faucet at the sink.

What I liked most: - The show itself with the Rolling Stones was great - The food quality was great - The suite was very clean What I did not like: - The parking attendant at SoFi insisted on collecting $100 cash from us to park our oversized vehicle - The suite was exceptionally difficult to find, because after asking several SoFi employees, nobody knew where section 7E was on the map - The catering order was delivered in batches and we only received the last half of the order 3 hours after arriving in the suite - There are not enough attendants on the premises serving the suites -- it is cumbersome to order additional drinks during the show - The traffic leaving SoFi was very bad

The process of booking a suite was quick and easy. Brian Jeffcoat did a great job answering any questions and Kristina Krummen was good at updating me with any pertinent information. I think pricing is expensive, but I got what I paid for.

The ladies are top-notch and respond quickly. They always do their best to find the answers we need as quickly as they can. The American Airlines Center app is clunky as all heck. It doesn't talk well to Ticketmaster, and I sometimes had a devil of a time trying to get tickets to people.

What a great suite - P17!! From the entry all the way to the suite - the staff on site was so helpful and friendly. Upon entering they helped me scan in 24 clients, then a women sang to my group while we were waiting for the elevator up to the suite. The hostess who helped us in the suite was so friendly we had someone that was Vegan and we didn't have enough food options so she was super helpful in securing some additional food items for our client. The suite was clean and bright. Even though there wasn't a bathroom in the suite it was right across the hall for easy access. The venue had outside lockers for those of us women who brought bags/laptops and purses which was super easy to use, the attendants were very helpful and knowledgeable making it easy to secure one before and after the game. Overall the whole experience was a positive one! I definitely recommend the KIA Center for company activation's.

I had a bit of a hard time confirming some of the suite details, in regards to food, at the time of purchasing. Quite a bit of back and forth and following up. However, my team members said they had an absolute blast during the hockey game and stated that the service was outstanding! So it was worth it.

What a surreal experience! We were spoiled upon arrival and throughout the game. Our server Tara was friendly, positive and attentive. I appreciated her offer of taking our group's picture. Awesome seats, and delicious food for all tastes. Mr. Ascencio, Manager of Premium Sales, took the time to introduce himself, and later I was given a tour of the field level. Class all around!

The suite was great. We hosted a corporate event and entertained 18 people. Overall, a success and the food and drink were a great touch.

Initially after purchase, I was a little unsure how and when I'd receive the tickets and parking passes. I waited about a week and then sent an email asking. Shortly after the email, I got my questions answered (digitally, through an app) and received the tickets. On the day of the event, the tickets worked fine and the suite was exactly as described. It was a great experience.

The suite was clean and presentable, well-lit, with a clean bathroom. The downside was trying to find the entrance to the luxury suites, but once we got there, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

PROS: The ease of accessing tickets electronically and purchase additional tickets as needed. CONS: It took a bit longer than expected to get the tickets and catering info. I had to reach out one week before the concert date to find out when info would be available. I reserved the loft many months ago. It would be helpful to have an update email at least one month before event date as to when tickets will be released, etc.

He was the best! The only thing I did not like was that we needed 2 more tickets (26) due to one of my key people being able to come after they had initially been unable to attend but I was not able to bring the 2 people.

This was a fantastic experience, I can’t say enough on how easy this was to use, I just don’t have anything negative to say about the SEG experience.

We loved so much about it! What we liked least was how much the food and pop cost was, very pricey. But our server was very attentive and nice. After the ran the suite outside chairs were soaking wet and she gave us some towels to wipe down the chairs.

I did not know what to expect. This was my first time renting a suite in Kaseya and it exceedes my expectations. From Hannah being immediately responsive to all my questions, to the actual date of the event, the suite was huge, we where treated very well by all persons there, and it was a great time overall. Thank you SEG for the amazing experience!

Our experience with SEG was really tremendous. The communication from SEG's team was top notch and they quickly answered any questions we had along the way. The only MINOR complaint was that the catering menu for Spectrum Center was maybe a smidge outdated, as they didn't have some of the items we'd initially wanted and the prices were a little higher than originally listed. However, that is nitpicking. It was terrific all the way around and we'll certainly look to use SEG again, both for personal use and for entertaining clients of my business.

We had a wonderful time in the Dell Technology Suite for our Corporate event! We were able to leverage the TV screen in the suite to share a small presentation before the game started. Easy to book and receive the tickets. The parking pass was a little confusing in the garage. It was hard to see where exactly we are supposed to park and then once we did find it our spot was already taken by a different car and we didn't want to get a ticket by parking somewhere else in the suite holder area. We weren't given a special pass and there were no parking attendants to talk to.

The suite was wonderful and spacious! Everyone had a place to sit (all 23 of us). Loved having our own private bathroom. Location of the suite for a concert was perfect! Our suite attendant was excellent. Least: The cookies were awful, specifically the red ones! How can someone screw up cookies? What a waste of our money and we had ordered 3 sets of 10. We did not get BBQ sauce with our chicken fingers.

Professionalism of everyone from getting information on booking to the event itself was fantastic. Exit traffic was largest complaint as it took 30 minutes just to get out of the garage.

The whole process leading up to the event was very straight forward. Communication between all parties was professional and personal. I didn’t feel like I was ordering some big cooperate investment. The one thing that was a downfall was the inability to buy more seats, or for standing room guests since the suite was large and the price point was a little high. Otherwise, everything else was amazing and it encourages me to book further suites for future events

We enjoyed having a space just for us. The suite was spacious and provided a wonderful atmosphere for dancing, eating and fun! The one issue we had was not being able to turn lights on inside the suite. It was a bit difficult to see the food.

We love the SEG group! I love that I can see suite packages and availability quickly through the website. When I go directly through a stadium, there is always a long wait and back and forth. It sometimes takes weeks to book something, whereas with SEC I can book the same day with no issues. Hannah is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond for S&P Global. SEC will continue to be our top choice for suite experiences.

Everything was just perfect from booking online to ordering catering to last minute tickets. Service was excellent, food was hot, fresh, and on time, drinks were cold. This is the most luxurious way to watch a game or see a show, for sure. These are the nicest suites of all the local venues.

The suite was well liked by all. I feel the sweet spot for the number of people in the suite was the 12 we had attend. Yes it could fit 16 but that would have felt tight. Great email conversation and replies from Premium Services.

Fun experience. The food was good; the service was so-so. We saw our waiter one time. The Desert cart never came by the suite. I don't like the that the service tip is automatically added, because I would not have given that much of a tip. I saw my credit card was charged, but I never got an electronic itemized receipt. I need it for accounting. Price was reasonable for a 10 person suite.

I enjoyed the turnkey nature of the process. I admit going into the event, I had my reservations. The ease of accessing tickets, all follow-up from the SEG team was extremely EXTREMLY timely, and my customers were very happy with the experience. All the food and drinks were ready and available as well. The fact I could book such a high-end event with such ease was the most impressive part to me. I wouldn't say I disliked anything about the event. Rather a question on the edikit of the tipping for the final receipt would be helpful. I was confused what to tip since there was a service fee included. Typically, I would assume 20% if this was a meal, but with the service fee I didn't know if that included the attendant or not? Plus, while the attendant was helpful, I wasn't sure 20% was really appropriate. So just some help on guardrails of the tip would be helpful for 1st timers. TY

Great event and plenty of care taken within the site to give my team a great experience.

We had quite a bit of leftovers. Would suggest the short ribs were served in a way that was easier to eat. Perhaps to be sliced for easier serving? The items that were not very popular were the CA Wedge, Roasted Cauliflower & the popcorn & peanuts. We had asked for containers but were told that due to covid they couldn't provide any. Anything (maybe foil) or rubber bands so we could have put 2 paper plates together as a container, would have been helpful. Everyone's favorite were the Pretzels and Cheese and Poke Nachos.

Hannah made the entire process super easy for our large group. Once we paid, she took care of everything, including transferring the tickets, ordering our food/drinks for us, and answering any questions we had in a timely manner. The entire process was seamless, and we plan to use SEG again for football season.

It would be nice if your catering company would offer an option for that. The sight lines were great and a good time was had by all.

Hannah and Kristina were great to work with. Andrea took care of us in the suite...she was great too. Only complaints were of food proportion. We ordered the DMV. Shrimp was not a 6 person serving...3 person serving at best. Crab cakes were not a portion...closer to an appetizer size.

krisitna's support was outstanding....and the ticket distribution process worked great....the only downside was the food order was somehow screwed up by the stadium team....when they charged me on sun....it triggered an amex fraud alert....and i had to cancel my amex card....amex reomended it...i am working through it...i thought when i booked the event i paid for everything....so the sunday charge was confusing to me...would let future customers understand that wrinkle...

Great amount of space and the suite is beautiful! When we arrived there was not as much food or drink as we would have liked for 16 people and had to ask to get restocked on both.

We loved the suite and it was an amazing experience is what we loved the most. The thing we didn't like is we had a fox 9 reporter in front of our suite and basically two of the front row seats couldn't be used as you couldn't see around him and they wouldn't move. That part was not good.

This year our family decided to splurge and get a suite for the Christmas day Warriors game. My niece found your company/website. We've never done something like this and now we're glad we did. The suite location (center court) was amazing. A great venue for our families Christmas day. The website and correspondence was straight forward. Given I have never worked with SEG, I was pleased with the suite being what I thought it would be, especially when I was the one fronting the $$$ on behalf of our entire family. More importantly, they all had an exceptional time. Something they will never forget. The correspondence was great as we worked through putting this date together. Replies were immediate, giving me reassurance that we are working with the right group outside of the Warriors in securing the suite.

Staff was awesome, food was great. The only complaint, sound pretty petty, but the beer was not very cold. Other than that everything was perfect.

The experience and customer service was top notch. No issues in that department. What I liked the least about renting this suite, which has nothing to do with you all but I figure I let you know for future reference. We rented the suite for personal reasons, mainly so my dad could have a good experience being that he is a disabled veteran and needs room to be comfortable. The issue I had were the fans below us banging on the walls and would not stop when we asked. For someone with a war background(ptsd) it kind of sounded like bombs going off because the sound just echoed in the suite. For people paying that much money for the suite experience should not be subjected to that. We couldnt fully enjoy the game. That should be one of the things not allowed because it makes for a bad experience.

The event was just what we needed to bring the family together. Only item that I wish would have been different was ordering food. Everything was in six, so if I was the only one that wanted coke we had to buy six. Outside of that, was a wonderful day and my nine year daughter got a picture with Dirk Nowitzki AKA the man!!!!

Suite was exactly as advertised. Service was good, entry was good. The 100% digital tickets did not work well, in fact I was unable to park in my assigned spot in the garage because the ticket I presented was not accepted and I was told I cant hold up traffic! I suggest you get the online ticket processed worked out before you make that mandatory! This is probably an LCA issue not an SEG issue.
