Washington has a new-look roster heading into 2023. Out went the multi-time All-Star Bradley Beal and Kristaps Porzingis and in came Tyus Jones and Jordan Poole. Poole was the major addition - he averaged over 20 points and 4.5 assists with Golden State last campaign. Tyus Jones, who joins Poole in the backcourt, is a strong playmaker and effective shooter. The two are tasked with turning the Wizards around with the help of Kyle Kuzma. The forward produced a career-high 21.2 points per game last season. Washington's first-round pick Bilal Coulibaly is a prospect for the future, so he won't contribute much immediately. The Wizards can sneak into the postseason, but their best chances are in the coming years.
